One set of Uscar connectors for the injectors ordered, my mates also sorted to help across the Xmas break to rewire them, that should tidy it up quite a bit.

are you have a LS wiring harness with ev1 plugs ??

I got USCAR plugs fitted to my harness when I got it made to get rid of them stupid adapters that can only cause problems

fitting the plugs is easy as, just like fitting any plug witch is pretty straight foward, I was goin to do it my self before I decided to go with LS PCM

Looks 100% better through and weld on fittings are 100% better then the hard line hose ends fittings in my option

iv got a few hard line parts I want to make my self as well one day

There very expensive and top quality stuff and will be $500au  plus

I didnt get myn from there, I got myn from a smaller company of just a few employes, he custom makes them to suit, so Iv got a cs130 case with a 12 o’clock front housing, runs a internal reg so nothing on the back of it besides its power supply wire, can be made from anywhere from 150amp up to 300amps and myn is 200amp

cost at me a nice $204 au  and $85 delivery and had it with in 10days from the states

    Yes it’s a issue

    a dam big issue to

can an have alternators made to fit anything

I have very little room running my custom pipes and drivers side alternator, I have just had one built in the states at 200amps and capable of 120amps at idle

    It’s Julian not Justan lol

and yes he is extremely good at what he does, I would say my sp1200 Serg tank is the best hand built item on my car

the welds are beyond anything Iv ever seen in person, the machining is on a level above what I thought was the highest level and best of all it works and is silent

be great to have more people like him in other fields of cars

    Nar that doesnt happen

y roof is actually 3100 mm

i can can go full height and not it

at first I was was always conscious but then I measured and realised it can not hit it, Iv got a niko mark on my hoist so  I only just get above my last safety latch and is about 80mm from full height and still got about 130mm clearance

Iv had mates freak out when I’m lifting it and start the yelling out to me to stop lol

Unless you get a $4000+  good brand hoist you can be pretty sure anything under $3000 is goin to be Chinese and probley using very similar Rams and electric hydrolic motor

for $2000 any of them are great value even if you are unlucky like me and blow a seal witch is just unlucky and honestly my hoist has coped a proper flogging and done its fer share of work before that seal went so I really was not surprised when it did go

1900mm is perfect height to work under a car

I lifted my garage roof to 3M height to fit my hoist in it

Iv got a HAPP 35 2 post hoist

will laft 4T up to 1.8M heights and cost me $2100 delivered

was great till the day it spat a litre  of hydrolic oil on the ground from a ram, took the Rams out and got them both rebuilt, $450 later and it’s great again

can not complain, except the week it was out of action and cost me $450, I certinly complained that week

I’ll get some pics today for ya

got to this one of how they go out that hole

Yeah running sp1200 dual pump do an8 feed and return, will work perfectly

The rear I just went out that same hole and it just crosses over the chassis rail when the rail has a big bend upwards in it near bell housing area

from there it’s all in factory spot

fuel Line go an8 feed and return unless you want to run 1000+hp then go to 5/8

fuel line size is actually done on LPH flow but I trust you won’t be running 4 by 044 pumps to run a stock or mild LSA engine

people get return size wrong all the time, it should be same size or preferabley a size bigger then feed line

unless ss you have a pump controller in witch you can go smaller if you want but the reason is when fuel comes out of the regulator it decompresses to 0 psi, when it does this it releases air bubbles

(same affect as people getting the bends when coming to the surface to quickly getting air bubbles in there blood)

you ou want absolute 0 pressure in return line other wise all these bubbles won’t release and instead they will release when it gets into serge tank, this causes the fuel pump to Pick up bubbles and cavatate

If you run a smaller return line this air bubble problem can arises, this will be why aftermarket industries serg tanks have all an8 feed and return fittings and an8 over flow so it’s never pressurised apart from feed line

fuelab prodigy pumps suffer so badly from this they suggest running an8 feed an10 return and an10 over flow back to main tank

I got my brake line from better brakes store local to me and is same as factory line

I got the zinc or what ever it is, it’s same as what is in your car now, it is extremely easy to work with, I didn’t even use a bender, I just bent it by hand that is how easy it is

Can get stainless steel but it’s fucked to work with

get a few of the end fittings as well, you will see there is 2 different sizes on your master cyilendar, just take that in so you get the right sizes and rest should all be same as smaller size (like where it joins to braided lines at all 4 wheels and the T block down rear of car)

    all this is cheap as

i run run my front drivers side out that hole just under the master, then foward to radiator support, then across that at the back and up under the flat lip of it if that makes sense, just held it up with some P clamps then it’s easy to run across to the wheel where it connects to the braided line

Brake lines are easy as to do

run all 3 out that same hole the front drivers side goes out and run them where ever you want  from there

    much neater

all ypu you need is flaring tool and a pipe cutter

That table above has 1 major word that sticks out

    RECOMMEND maximium engine

how does a 1880kg GTS have a 6.2L supercharged engine

how do harrop, yells terra, vortech, the list goes on and on sell there blower kits and still remain legal for road use on all cars from every Holden commodore, ford the list is endless as next to nothing would pass that weight to engine CI rate above

what about jaguar F types coupe with 5L supercharged engine weighting 1665kg

or merc E63 AMG S with a 5.5L twin turbo weighing 1795kg or the SL63 Amg same engine but 20kg lighter again

factory cars on paper don’t comply with the above table

not to mention Iv seen LSA engines engeneered in cars like Toranas and Gen 1 Commodores like VB-VK That are lucky to weigh 1300kg so there is ways around it

what at about old school hot rods with blowen 400ci engines small blocks in them that people build all the time, they are all engineenered and sometimes lucky to weigh a tonne

vic has all these that I have listed so there is a way around it
