Some nice work and very nice welds there.
Its hit and miss the clearance. Mine seems to clear with no trimming which was a relief.

New setup with change alot of its characteristics.
You want stall speed about 2-500 RPM above Peak Torque, otherwise your leaving room on the table for improvement

Granted a t400 can be manually shifted, would be a quicker shift response then any manual.

realistically do you need the short gearing? would you get away with something like a 3 speed

I was 1600 on the dot.
304, light weight trimatic, no AC or heater etc. and I’m 80kg. Sorry. I was lol.

Mine was 1600 with me in it. Ian’s is stripped out don’t forget, while the does have extra in the driveline.

Smaller tire will be better off the line also.
I rkeon you will be around 1600-1650kg

I’m using Ultimate. His work seems 2nd to non. But the back log is rediclous. It’s been 10 weeks since I made my order and still nothing.

You want it to rpm as much as you do hook up. Have to find the happy medium
You don’t want to cross the line at 5000 and leaving a tonne of power out of the equation.
Play with tire calculators etc and see what you come up with. I wouldn’t go any bigger then 275.
