You could talk to a cnc machinist.
Some companies have 3d scanners that could scan it. Turn it into a file a cnc would read then cut away at a chunk of billet.
Or a dedicated machinist could measure it all up and manually draw it.
Couldnt see it being cheap though.

Hey all
Im currently in the process of doing a manifold upgrade.
I need 4 lil spacers made up.
Anyone on here able to help me out? Or point me in the direction of a shop to do it in melbourne south east area?

If your handy with the tig. Have you thought about removing the irs completely and fitting a solid vn diff? All problems solved then.

The wiring loom to the sensors gets very brittle after 20 odd years of getting hot and cold.
If you have replaced the tps. Id check the wiring for broken wires.
Very common for the cts wiring to break also.

I cant see the pedal being too good with the bleeder nipples at the bottom. Suprised you even got a pedal at all with them that way around.

The pictured caliper is the lh one. The bleed nipples always have to be at the top. Otherwise you wont be able to bleed the air from the system.

Damn thats an awesome looking sv6000. Has to one of my favourite hsv models.

The only way you will fit a double din head unit in a vs is if you hack up the heaterbox or remove it completely.
