What’s the legalities of modifying the radiator support?

Need to cut 2x 2.5″ square holes in each side of the radiator support for Intercooler piping.

This will be a qld registered car so will this affect rwc / mod plating?

Is it actually a structural part of the car and will reinforcing around the cut get me away with it?

Been wanting to do this for a while, and the 2J is just too hard to come by with low ks so settled for the 1JZ GTE. Picked up this soarer for pretty cheap and has all the bit and pieces I’ll need.
