I reckon given its wiring, the fact he is so close is a rolled gold score if you ask me. First time there is a small issue and he can pop around and fix it without towing you will be on a winner!

Yep totally agree with the above, and the LS3’s will become much more available and cheaper, especially since the LSa seems to be what a lot of people go for and their relatively low price.

Yea, I reckon that’s the smart way to do it. Once you have it signed off for the LS opens up a lot of options. Thats was my plan with the LS3 but I got a little side tracked!! Keep the updates happening

No, the new one is much flatter and will sit under the manifold. Then its easier to route the pipes as its sort of laid out like the manifold. The black one was a single plenum that I tapped off the end for, and is actually quite chunky, (prob doesn’t look it from the pics) so I had to mount it to the firewall, and so the tube lengths aren’t e…[Read more]
