I am sure you have this covered. But it’s all about the lube and feel when installing O rings. Kinda like life really ha ha .

Now you are talking about something I know about! A second O ring can actually be a really bad thing. If there is a slight leak past the first O ring it effectively pressurizes the space between the two. Then as it all cools down it leaks past the second. Effectively you have created a smalls pump. Well, annual leave booked for next Thursday as fingers crossed, that’s supposedly OK weather-wise. Then it’s the road trip across to Frank for the bonnet. Just driving it around a little. But my lad hurt his ribs so he hasn’t raced karts for a while, but we are heading out this Saturday so should be out for a run

I forget if you are getting this engineered? If you are I think you will need to run the heater so you have a functioning demister, or you can fit an electric one.
