What’s the go for early girls when you don’t want to go 9 inch? Have heard the VL Turbo diffs are the ones people usually choose. What kind of power do they hold up to?

Sweet VH mate. Looks super clean. Would be keen to read about the brake upgrade when you do it. Was something I was thinking would be happening to mine before too long.

Finished welding the exhaust over the weekend including the H pipe and got it on the car just to start it and see how it sounds… Sounds awesome… throaty, deep and aggressive, no sign of thong…[Read more]

Building my exhaust at the moment and most of this rings very familiar for me. Some solid advice in the write up. If I was to add one thing, it would be that from what I can definitely say on VB-VK (and probably onwards), offset in and centre/offset out mufflers are a must. Would stick with the pacemakers too. Ideally a custom set would be the best though. Seems to be a big hit and miss thing between the mounts you use and how the headers fit when these conversions are done. Generally pacemaker recommends you use their engine mounts when you use their headers and I noticed you have used tuff mounts instead. Maybe…[Read more]
