Wasn’t sure on the time thing. Thought the ecu might hold power in some way. Didn’t realise that it would reset instantly.

I have to do this IAC relearn procedure when my battery goes flat.

1 Disconnect the battery (about 10mins should do)
2 Reconnect when time has passed.
3 Start the car and instantly rev the car to 3k or around that doesn’t need to be exact. (hold throttle down a bit when starting if you want)

This is the IAC relearn procedure. When my battery goes flat I generally have to do this. Hope it helps.

I posted this engine bay in the cool cars thread. It has now popped up on ebay for sale. Fairly cheap considering the amount of work in that engine bay.
