It’s not overly complex.  Just follow the instruction to the letter, especially earths.

I use a non projected 7 for EFI heads.  I assume they make colder plugs.  They made a fair bit of difference to cold start and idle on E85.

Exec24, I fitted my on the opposite side of trans cooler return line and close to the filter and pick-up point of filter.  With the extra capacity pans, I wanted to pick up the temp as close to that actually going into the box.  Probably unnecessary and anal though.
