Posts: 775Everything fitted perfect apart from the brake caliper. It hit the shocks and can’t move the lower trailing arm in anymore cos the shock will hit the chassis. Rear wheels are 15×10 with 4”BS Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I know it’s pissing around but why not put a leading caliper on then it’s in the front not behind by shock if it’s engineered then should be sweet with regs

Posts: 775dam nice time ,just out of curiosity the vk I had (manual) had 361 rwkw so 483 rwhp I never got to run the 1/4 mile ( got stolen) what would be a rough idea for a 1/4 mile time with that power , I know a lot comes into it but just a guess

Posts: 775Ive been binge watching Roadkill and Finnegans Garage on YouTube, great shows, definitely recommend them, they’re good to kick back at night with a few frothy coffees and chill out when the family has gone to bed
Those plus some of the Motor Trend spin off shows like ‘Hot Rod Garage’ & ‘Roadkill Garage’ are a must for anyone into old school and modern day muscle.
Yep awesome show and there will be 24 next year

Posts: 775Just to add to this thread, I’m looking at this for mine, it’s the speed sensor with a connection on the end to connect a speedo cable to: https://www.kam.com.au/pass-through-pulse-generator.html?category_id=218 Im hoping it lets me use the factory speedo. Spoke to CAE and the basically just said I’d need their cable x box or they can modify my dash and replace the mechanical speedo parts with an electrical setup. Still looks the same but won’t need the cable. Not overly impressed with their response though
Hey Heron if I had to this again I would convert factory speedo to electronic just not sure if it can be calibrated ,the x box is a pain in the ass as I wrote previously
