    Main reason why I want hardline. So I don’t have to straighten it. What stainless did you use? What sort of gizmo could you make?

    Tbh I cant remember the grade stainless, pretty sure it was just regular Aeroflow or similar. I would make a straightener like this, but tbh for $105 just buy one.

    I have one of these and they are great, straighten the tube really well

    Hey cava that is awesome if you get a chance can you take a photo from underneath for the headers I am going to build my own header so would be good to see what room there is , not sure if you have read my build of late but I have finely brought a lsa for the vh

    Hey Cava yes I think I can, well I am going to try, I’m going to do the mini tubs as well ,there is a lot of fabrication that I want to do with the bumpers and bonnet, once I get my new house and shed built I’ll get a Tig and lathe

    yeah I think when I joined the forum 3 a bit years ago I looked at the l98 and whipple then decided that the lsa was the choice as you say can not build it for that worse if you don’t have a motor to start with

    Going to have a go at making the engine mounts and headers for it

    Cheers Ian, might have to use it as a coffee table in the mean time put some glass on top ,,still waiting on trimatic parts for six though

    Hey all wait for it I finely did it a Christmas present to myself  I have purchased a lsa engine (crate) :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: 14grand already here in nz best thing is I can pay it of over 4 months , so now I’ll have all the suspension ,brakes, diff, motor, gear box, fuel pumps, other little things…. still a lot to get though  , as I keep getting part once my work shop is build I can start on the car build itself
