well slow progress, have set up a temporary brace and located for the shocks so when i cut the old wheel tubs out I’ll be able to move each side in the same distance and be in the right position, so ready to start cutting out the old tubs and drilling spot welds out

Hey all have been busy! I purchased a rotisserie for the car had to build mounts to fit it to the car, I am going to get the underneath and engine bay sand blasted, then ‘ll  have a clean sheet to modify the rear tubs, tunnel and remove/repair some rust,, it’s so easy to turn going to make the project a lot easier

Hi, what style of fuel pump are you planning on running. I have a VK with LS L98 engine and using an external bosch 044. Have the reg up on the fuel rail so running return from engine back to tank. It works fine but it is quite noisy especially after driving for a bit as the fuel starts to heat up. Was thinking of some other options. Keen to hear what other people with early commodores are doing.

Hey Dave if you look back on the thread i have a A.I fuel hanger and two 460 walbro pumps to go in a custom tank that i will be making… but a long way off from that part of the build

I had two o44 in my vk! they made a bit of noise but the tooth belt from the supercharger stopped that noise  :yahoo:   :yahoo:
