I don’t think I could live in aussie, it’s to bloody hot for me.
It’s just over 28°C inside here with stuff all breeze and lotsa humidity and I don’t like it. I was built for cold European winters, not this hot semi-tropical weather…..

Well then if you don’t want it I’ll certainly take it off your hands then
Do you know approx how long the dipstick is? (starting to formulate a plan and design a bracket to suit).

Would the th350 use the same dipstick as a 4l60e?

I like how that dipstick looks, give me an idea for mine (It looks long enough to have it coming over to the passenger side head?).
Are you using the standard MC to strut tower bracket? Upgrading to a stronger/heavier bracket reduces firewall flex and improves pedal feel as well as maybe taking a little more load off those 2 studs.

That’s an interesting way to run your coolant lines.

I ordered some stuff from China just before Xmas and it arrived today. Can’t complain really when when the suggested time was 3 weeks.

If that was built by who I think built it, it’ll be killer trans combo.

I wish I had all the gear you have, life would be a breeze.
It’s hard to justify spending $1000’s on a welder for the odd job although but my kids are almost grown up and starting to head out on there own and the mortgage is almost gone so I’ll look at setting up a small workshop in the garage in the next few years me thinks.

That’s fairly much why I do most of my own work too. Got a bum deal very early on playing with cars. Thankfully it was a lesson learnt early and not to costly if not frustrating.

I was thinking the same about the filter, after watching the Engine Master episode where they test air filters a bigger filter may unleash the last few HP.

LOL, it passes through HSV before it reaches the customer……
Here in NZ it’s probably easier to just import an American LH drive vehicle.

They would sell like hot cakes if they were priced correctly but when you are paying a huge premium for what is in reality a entry level model I think they will struggle.
Ford got it right with the Mustang in that respect, clearly they understand the V8 bogan better than GM/Holden does these days.

Yep, it’s gonna be $30K more than the Mustang most likely. Luxury car price for entry level spec.
I’ll wait till the next major upgrade when they will come in both LH & RD drive from the factory.
