looking at your pictures yours is defiantly a SIII with a roller cam VM Engine, theres 2 ways you can set it up.

depends on what year it is, up until December 1998 they still had MAP Sensors, Post January 1999 they had Air flow Meters.
my VS Sedan runs a the post December 1999 setup so it originally had a Air flow meter, but had my tuner Remove it and re-tuned it using a MAP Sensor. this setup would use a different airbox to normal, the engine number if…[Read more]

yeah i kept it the original colour which is Heather frost, not very common and theres just something about it. especially now that the paint is fresh, hope to have it back early this week so i can start reassembling it.

hey nick, i’ve managed to find a sanden one, was first quoted $630 for it, i asked them if they could price match the ebay you listed (i already had been watching it) and i thought i’d try my luck.
they then dropped the price to $465, so i’ll be picking one up on my day off

I was just wondering where is the best place to by Air Conditioner Parts, either Local (Around Adelaide) or online, Im looking for a VS V8 A/C Condenser, VS V8 A/C Pump and a Drier Receiver.

I have a dual plane hi rise, i had a cable made to suit which cost me about $70.00 i had it made with the steel threaded fittings for the throttle side, rather than plastic as found on some of them, i also had the Accelerator cable end to suit a VS, as the fitting on that end is slightly different.

yeah, got them off today, theres one in the middle and one up top
you need to pop one side off top and bottom and carefully pop the other side off, luckily no clips were broken when i done it
