Yeah have to get rid of the mud flaps. Might do it this weekend. Ordered a new set of headlights and VK blinkers to clean up the front end. All pretty standard upgrades to a VH.

Front are 19 by 7 with 215. Rear are 19by 9 with 245. I think I can drop the rear about an inch without it rubbing but any more and it will touch the guard. Will get the guards rolled and see if it will go lower later on.

Just an update.

I have rung a few places and all seem to be priced within $100 of each other. I also spoke to two engineers about getting a certificate for the wider rims and was told it could be done as long as it bolted up to the original places and the tyres didn’t protrude the guards.

I didn’t go ahead with the sale. I’m sure everything was fine but There were a few warning signs that made me feel uncomfortable.

Yeah, It’s definitely been resprayed but wasn’t told about the colour change. That and the fact the tags are no longer in the same place is turning me off purchasing the car.
