February 10, 2016 at 10:25 pm #14001So i got home tonight from work at 6:30 quickly ground down the welds before it got to late on drivers side and spent the night manually sanding and working the drivers side of the bay and got it smoothed out looks pretty good for a statesman bay i think and for the most part the motor covers alot of it but it looks sweet definately on track for my goal of highfill on sunday arvo

February 9, 2016 at 10:33 pm #13953Hahaha yeah im a little excited to see what it can do thats for sure thats why ive been so persistent with every hurdle body wise thats been thrown at me i will see this thing done no matter what i just finished up the shed at 9pm sanding away and smoothing bay out joys of working at night no power tools makes for a long night lol but every hour into it is an hour ahead i am on it. Any progress is good progress. Id like to see the bay in highfill on sunday

February 9, 2016 at 9:17 am #13924All honesty rat 450hp to start with its been a long time now since ive been behind a powerfull car and power is easy to become used to and always want more. so im wanting to run it as low as i can get this thing to go and then as i get used to it start winding it up as i go but ive been told realisticly with the combo the boost and what wayno made im gonna struggle keeping it under 550hp but hey its one o those things i dont like to make claims untill that display comes up on the dyno it could do just about anything

February 7, 2016 at 9:04 pm #13899Sounds like a great idea just remeber motor moves a little so need to allow for the movement othwr than that cooler to body can be hard clamped for sure im a big fan of v bands my manifolds and whole exhaust system will run them its so quick and easy to do up and undo i love them

February 2, 2016 at 8:04 pm #13801Yeah thats it got some more done on the bay tonight this is actually my favorite part of the bay lol welding in hard tube to the car through the body for the cooler pipe keeps it strucurally sound and also cleans the look right up

February 2, 2016 at 5:09 pm #13795Itll be quite different im trying to build something just a bit away from the normal slammed stockish statesman thing but i think alot of people dont play with them as there so highly optioned theres easier models to start with i guess lol but anything thats not that grey will be high gloss black no chrome etc

February 2, 2016 at 1:53 pm #13787So after digging through all my colour chips and library at work ove nailed the colour for the statesman had to decide weather to run the white of go for a all out colour change i wanted something flat but with a real crazy tone when the light hits it subtle but cool and this is the outcome
