I got the Big Brake Kit. The VE kit basically. I want something bigger on the rear. Might have to do the VT – VZ upgrade. Got a rear frame in the backyard. Then get an upgrade for it. Car will have 18 s at lowest 20s most of the time. So, Gary, where is this thread to guide me in the upgrade?

Sorry, I probably didn’t mention it along the lines, but I wanted to swap to a bootlid with bobtail. So bought a second hand bootlid with bobtail. When it arrived, it turned out to be damaged. Bobtail weighs nothing. So that won’t bother it. Supposibly this bootlid had no holes in it so it’s a clean, straight lid. I don’t like that it has no bobtail. .

Hopefully get this back by the end of the week. It’s gonna have a clean bootlid. Bobtail got damaged and the original bootlid has a nice dint in the middle and the spoiler is warped. So looking into a new bobtail. Or bootlid with the bobtail.. Would rather genuine over the aftermarket.

Went and visited it today. Still a bit to do to her. Can’t wait to get it back, have the wags fixed and sold and a new car.

The idea of putting a dizzy up the rear in the mess of wiring, fuel lines, coolant hoses etc. (5L)

Cave, only 500 to fix it properly. Too much time has gone into this car. It’s my first car I bought too. So sentimental value is high for me…

Want this car going again… Really just Wonna fix the Wagon and sell it. Over the hassles of a 5L. I don’t have the Chinese hands to fix. I’m at wits end with it. It’s either gonna burn or gonna be sold.

So… Bad news… Haven’t seen it yet but there seems to be a lot more rust than expected. All on the lower part of the rear window… Will get pics tomorrow! Hopefully. Having no car sucks.

That’s where stato dash comes into play! Wiring is there! I do remember seeing wiring in the bay so in my head, I just need a fuse and the switch and I’m set! Woo!
