December 6, 2015 at 9:45 am #11952I think it was an Aeroflow billet. I drilled out the top mounting hole so I could push the Alternator hard against the block as there was a couple of mm clearance. December 5, 2015 at 4:28 pm #11931Have you heard of that interchiller? Seems to be pretty good for keep intake temps cold.
yeah had a good look at them mate was very keen until I realized I need ac. Which has been stripped from car.
It it isn’t a big deal putting it back isn’t the issue. But making a ac compressor fit with the LSA in a VR bay would require a lot of work.
December 5, 2015 at 1:59 pm #11925That is stupid HP/TQ for the money really :D There were a couple of VF HSV GTS’s (bloody overweight barge) running mid 12’s at the recent Fathers Day drags here in NZ, in a relatively light body like the VR it should be a right weapon set up properly like you will no doubt
a guy on another forum is running 10.5 in his VFGTS. With very minimal mods

Sure is. Ultimately would have loved to have a turbo, but it was too much cash to get it running and engineered
You’ve practically chosen an off the shelf 9 second package. Pretty damn good to me.
Exactly why I brought it mate. Too hard to pass up bang for buck.
