The Hydraulic pump needs bleeding so I gave up and used the 50 Tonne press, much easier!
Lucky you consulted the forums number one automotive engineer.
Thanks, NFI where my mind was on that one… really think it was just a case of the plumbing looked much easier so I went with that…

January 14, 2020 at 4:24 pm #31081That’s me done for today, bit hazy and hot here, patched some holes in the firewall I’d missed then addressed an Alzheimer’s moment… When I mounted the aux coolers I faced the ports down as it makes plumbing a bit easier… DOH, I use header style coolers so this is a perfect way to get air locks (thanks Cava for pointing that out) this is why I post and ask people if they see me do something tarded to let me know, easy fix I just cut the top bracket into 3 pieces and flip the coolers,… Plumbed up the rear brake hardlines and per usual there’s really only one place to get the bulkhead fittings through, ran out of pipe to do the front, I have a list of bits so I’ll put another order in..

January 12, 2020 at 9:27 pm #31063Last day of the holidays decided to do some work lol
We got the wiring under the guards all run and buttoned up. Engine loom is also all run and neatly tucked away. Very happy with the quality. It’s only been sitting in a box for 4 years….
Guards and bonnet back on also. So now the car is ready to be towed again. Aust day weekend it’s going to the fab shop.
Exhaust, tailshaft, RACE intake and anti roll bar will all be done.
I’ve also picked up a vs v6 air box. Gunna make something simple to get it on the road and then change later.
Also finally got a battery in it and powered up everything. All lights and accessories are finally up and running. It’s prob been 10-13 year since they have fired up.
Altezza lights are all fitted too and I have my LED lights all installed. Super bright lol
