Had 30 mins to kill so went in garage and put the footy on and decided to mount the cooler. Snug is an understatement

Also Purchased a new intercooler water pump, sold my last one…

Also picked up a nitrous express water vapour kit as well as a 2.45 griptech pulley. Should see 16psi when coupled with my 8.66 lower.

Should run them to 2 catchcan either side of radiator. Also I’ve asked before. But what’s the silver box where ur air box normally sits?

I’m not 100% sure to be honest. PAC make a good spring. Don’t go beehive. Defiantly go dual.

    Mine were the Lunati ones.

Adam can be hard to get a hold of at time. Just keep bugging him.

Looks the goods mate. I might just use my old fuel line as the vapour line considering I gotta make 2 new ones.

Also is that speedflow fitting on intake port the vac source for your catch can?

Also again, what size intake pipe and MAF.

My Bad I thought that was the radiator not the super charger cooler

all good the pwr radiator is behind it lol

Easy enough to add a restrictor later on if needs be, or you could use a PWM Pump driver to fine tune it

haha I see what your trying to do there. Reminds me. I still need to either catch up with ya. Lol

Keep in mind Cav you need “resident time” so the coolant has a chance to transfer the heat, if not it’ll just keep getting hotter and hotter.. (this is why most suppliers send a smaller than expected pump) Some cars if you totally remove the thermostat boil their brains out as the coolant is flowing too fast to do much of anything.

yeah I no what your saying same principle as radiator and cooling system

    HOWEVER

everywhere ive seen and read of the CTSV forum in the states, they are all getting better IAT’s by going bigger pump setups

I’m basically copying what some of the front runners are using in regards to the cooling system  however they have much thicker cooler cores

Hey cava I’m I looking at hat right the inlet and outlet are facing forward not towards engine or are there fitting on other side aswell ??? but looks really well made was it one kidney or two

both kidneys and a lung. The fittings face foreward. Otherwise I can never get to them. Not to mention they would smash into the radiator.

Studs are a worthwhile upgrade if the engine will come apart again in the future for a freshen up, that and the hardware is quite small so you get a bit more clamp force from the fine pitch thread at the top of the studs.

    agree. Assuming budget allows.

I priced some studs for the lsa. I nearly fell over 😳

Adam is in Vic now. But when I got all my gear he was in SA. Very helpful and the prices were really good.

    I’ll have a suss mate.

Try adam at precision international. He helped me out big time. Top bloke. 0476 813 306

Should also get corresponding arp bolts. Like cam bolts, balancer etc. you will need new head gaskets and head bolts too as stock is TTY

Then gaskets etc for water pump etc
