I was always under the assumption that the tunnel needed massage but ive since been told otherwise.
The yanks are getting some seriously low 60ft’s with the 6L80E in the CTSV’s
October 14, 2017 at 12:55 pm #24874You always seem to build some nicely tickled vehicles. Looking the goods, i bet the centrifugal gives it a nice kick in the ass.
October 13, 2017 at 8:43 am #24847Its like painting your house. Deep down you know you can do it but you rather pay someone cause it’s a prick of a job.
a few mobs near me used to charge $1500-2000 to just hide all the engine bay wiring and bring all the fuses into the kick panel on the drivers side
There shouldn’t be a hell of a lot to wire on an early girl I would of thought. However having a Shop so close will defiantly have its benefits.
When it comes to wiring nothing ever works straight off the bat.
Half the reason why I spent so much on my engine loom.
October 13, 2017 at 8:38 am #24846Your beautiful brakes make me sick.
October 11, 2017 at 7:17 pm #24829Awsome man. Gotta throw some snaps and a write up.
October 11, 2017 at 1:17 pm #24825Killer bro.
Its going to launch something savage with the new box and diff. I might try get down to that allsparks dyno day and say hello
October 11, 2017 at 1:15 pm #24824Good stuff that will pay for a few goodies.
October 11, 2017 at 1:12 pm #24823I know what u mean mate. Good to see your around and kicking still.
That vn was always a bit of a weapon.
October 10, 2017 at 12:03 pm #24804I Wouldn’t waste my time with an ls1 now. You will kick your self in the future and think “why didn’t I go 6.0 or 6.2”.
If you can’t afford ls3 go the l98. No dod or afm mumbo jumbo and they already have killer heads.
October 6, 2017 at 3:00 pm #24786There’s a familiar name I haven’t seen in a while.
October 5, 2017 at 8:16 pm #24776Look for the ones that are removed from the gts to make way for the w1 and ls9.
They come with a lot of the extras u need.
October 5, 2017 at 6:13 pm #24772Now I get you. Will a straight barb cause an issue? Wouldn’t it impede air flow if it’s in the runners.
October 5, 2017 at 6:11 pm #24771Depending what box u use. You man be able to retain the clutch. Will would be a massive bonus. As it’s a twin plate.
But then u gotta weigh up the cost difference.
October 5, 2017 at 3:22 pm #24766You and I both
October 5, 2017 at 2:49 pm #24764Pierberg make a low pressure high volume intake pump. It’s designed for surge setups.
October 5, 2017 at 1:29 pm #24761Looks good but isn’t thenblack box basically the same thing and size?
also what’s the vac bleed for??
October 5, 2017 at 10:37 am #24750No difference. But if you can get manual it works out better as you can sell the clutch etc
you have to change the auto flex plate.
October 4, 2017 at 8:16 pm #24744Circle D is one of the mobs i was planning on using.
October 3, 2017 at 8:09 pm #24728Nothing says I’m a bad cunt, like a sticker that’s says “I’m a bad cunt”
October 1, 2017 at 3:02 pm #24701Yeah I’m hearing you. How you plan on setting it back further. My mounts allowed no back and forward adjustment
