The engine shouldn’t be too aggressive so I hope not.

Are you planning on adding a coolant expansion tank for the cooler IC system like the guys in the US are doing to increase the total coolant volume?

ive got a 15L ice tank in the boot. IMO the IC system is as good as it gets without going into the interchiller sort of setups. I done a fair wack of reasarch on what the yanks are using. This is pretty much on part with some of the fastest. Not to sound like a wanker lol

Yeah the ice tank in the boot is the best option Most of the yanks are fitting a tank in the engine bay, it increases coolant volume but is still subject to engine bay heat.

I went boot for simplicity. Funny you say that. One of the forums im on a guy does a lot of back to back testing. Trunk vs bay tank. There was no difference. Ambient heat didn’t effect it all that much.

I dont know why they do post and pre cat. It would be something ecu related.

It won’t overheat with them blocked. It just creates hot spots.

    Whats next Renno?

Scored a bargain today. Some LSA headers and cats for $200

I’ll keep the cats for emissions and sell the headers for $200 lol

but i will have to buy 4x o2 sensors

VERY neat mate. But what about the rear ports.

also confirm those ports on the pump are both on the suction side as apposed to flow.

1 7/8 headers and full twin 3inch. Should sound good. Hopefully

soon as headers are done it goes straight to painters to get bay done

You can see where it’s been cut and smoothed. It’s actually the bumper.

    We got updates Kunce!!!

Big shout out to mate tony. Helped me pull all the wiring under the stereo today. Also fixed some minor issues that needed attending. We got the starter motor in as well as torqued up all the front suspension.

Thursday car goes to fabricator and gets the headers and Exhaust made.

Engine loom. After 27weeks should be hear by end of month too.

No wiring makes it a hell of a lot neater. Front body panels are back on properly too.

Looks mint with its stealth cooler. 😁

The pirate shit got very tiring….

I’m not going to debate what happened on JC, I think a ban was a bit heavy handed and I believe in the recent past when there have been complaints it was dealt with amicably between us. You have to admit though you have a propensity of stringing together select words which seem to irritate some users and you know we live in a very PC society. You my friend are one misunderstood mofo…..

    No problem.

For some one reason the Forum is behind on Tapatalk. So I search everything via safari (iPhone) and then if I want to post a photo I just on Tapatalk and search the thread and post.

What rockers you going to go? I want to use Crower stainless ls3 rockers. Not too keen on the aluminium type for a street car. But I can get the Comp cam aluminium set for about $1500.

without looking back, I think Gary has ls7 style heads. They are different rocker to ls3 correct?

Wouldn’t trust factory rockers with trunnions?
