Pretty much what Ian said in regards to the engine. Unless it PISSES out oil. I wouldn’t even bother shutting it down.

Get oil pressure up and then let it idle long enough so the t/state opens. Have heater on whilst doing so, so it helps with bleeding the air system.

Trans is more important. Don’t run it dry of it will cause you issues. Speak to Paul Rodgers (he built it yeah?) and just follow his guide lines.

The engine will smoke up whilst doing this, as you will have no doubt got oil and what not over the headers. Don’t stress about this……

Unless there is a fire ball. Then stress.

Nice neat job on the bay and the brake lines. But aren’t you meant to run the proportioning valve up front with the willwood boosterless setups?

    Gary.

You have a tailshaft speed sensor setup correct? If so can you steer me to the posts where/how you set it up.

    Thanks

I’ve found a set of King springs and Monroe GT shocks on eBay for $650, any height I want. I think some coil overs need some mods to fit, or you can buy ones ready to bolt straight in, but they’re well over a grand.

yip I paid 1500 for mine I sent my struts to them and it all came back welded and together with crack tested and welding cert . the rear is just bolt in let me know and I can post pictures up

A true coil over for the rear of a Commodore that’s bolt in? Tell me more

Me to, i dont think there is a TRUE coil over for the rear of a commodore on the market. Especially a “bolt in” item.

Not to sound rude. But have you tried having a search first mate?

Do do some exploring mate. The answers you seek are out there…. more satisfying to learn, then being spoon fed.
