    What made u go the alloy heads? Considering money is tight, $$ could of been spent elsewhere.

    Everyone wants to run a 10 cause the guy next door is running 9’s. Then they soon realize what it costs to run an 11 lol

    Mine weighed in at 3600lb on the dot with me in it. Straight from the track.

     

    304 was good enough for 12.2@ 114mph with a shitty 1.8 60ft. I was pretty pumped. With some minor changes and 4.11 it should dip into the 11’s.

    Same me combo in an early girl or VN, would already be deep into the 11’s.

    I’m sure someone could integrate a cruise into your ITB Gary

    Thats a must with my next combo. Makes life a lot easier on the hwy. ESP with a large converter.

    Well looking like we need to add a CommodoresPlus test and tune drag day to the cruise idea. Be very cool to get a group of us together and do some grudge runs :) Love to have a crack at Pete and his Manta once I get mine sorted and the heads/cam done. LSx454 NA auto vs Pro charged Holden stroker manual in essentially the same body would be a very very cool contest :)

    I’m looking at turn key sale.

    engine sump to filter

    headers

    tune

    braided line and catch can

    you will need the same fuel pump I used Walbro gss342. Some simple re routing of wiring. Just to new sensor positions with the changed manifold Will fire and drive off. It could be done in the drive way in a weekend.

    6k will own it.

    There is over $1500 in the braid and catch can alone….Speedflow.

    Went 114mph in a 3600lb vehicle.

    If it is, I’d be pretty ropable if I was the bloke who paid big bucks for the “last ever Monaro” as advertised by Holden at the time.
