YOu just need to change the pinion flange on the diff. Or alter the tailshaft
If going m80 id get a true track. They are cheap at $500

they do flown better but marginally. Depends what the cost. With Minimal work you can get the 241’s to flow well.
Get the ls6 manifold. Meant to be heaps better also.

The factory cats purely for engineering. I also have 100cpi on the exhaust system.
