November 10, 2015 at 10:15 pm #11101Exactly right mate. An LSA in a patrol would be awesome out in the bush. Dont have the seat. Swapped them into my SS so I could sell that conplete
yeah mate the patrol is just awsome haha and cool on the seats just thought id ask
November 9, 2015 at 10:09 pm #11081likeing the looks of this with the ncop side of it the weight to power ratio is more of a guideline than actual written in stone rules as the engineer has to work to adrs as well he can take into account brakes chasis modifications etc to make up for the lower weight but alas it is up to if the engineer is confortable signing it off because if the shit hits the fan it may bite him in the arse. the engineer who signed off my car had the opposite drama with a patrol with an lsa because he was concerned the car was to heavy for that size engine (patrol was previously engineered for a duramax) haha
on a side note cav have you still got the original ss seats from this and do you want to sell them at all
October 23, 2015 at 10:24 pm #10497i almost bought this car twice haha if its the one im thinking of guy had a 355 combo in it fresh pain 4 point cage i held off and bought a ve for a daily this was good buying for the coin cant wait to see what you do with it.

October 22, 2015 at 4:35 pm #10471tunes very rich at the moment
better than lean
Ohh yeah much better than lean ive found with the itbs they like to run a little rich anyway its just a little bit to rich for me at the moment
October 22, 2015 at 3:52 pm #10468Drives great done almost 1000kms dumped the oil the other day trying to get to 2000km and throw it back on the dyno shes pretty potent under 2500 rpm its very civil but above that it just pulls very different power delivery to the old 5l clutch is a bit to get used to my fault because I went overkill with it lol plan at the moment is to bed it in then back on the dyno lean it out a bit tunes very rich at the moment thats about my only real issue other than that very happy
