Does anyone have any experience with water/meth injection on their turbo v8? E85 isn’t really an option here, with only one shop selling it. Plus i would need to re -do most of my fuel system as it was done before E85. I am just curious if it is really worth the extra expense? And how long does the boost juice type of products last? It was just a drag car, but I am putting rego on it now. Spent enough money on it, I just want to enjoy it now.

Hi. This is my vz ss. Has a cast iron block, cam, holley hi ram, and turbo. T400 box. After years of motor rebuilds and setbacks, it should be ready to go on the road in the next couple of months. It is in a shop getting the last few things done before it can be started again.

tci will shift to neutral if you aren’t careful. I have one in my ss. i really like it. much better than a ratchet style.

My new to me vx clubbie has an ABS module on its way out. Or its stuffed already. Anyways, the low trac, trac off, and abs lights are on. If I unplug the module, they stay on obviously, but if I plug it back in the airbag and oil pressure light and the engine light all come on and stay on too. Has anyone else had this problem? i am running a t400 with 3.7 diff gears. on a 26inch slick i hit the limiter before the line at the drag strip. it was limited to 6500 though, was still running in the motor. i either wanted to runa 28 inch slick or change to 3.46 diff gears. i think i will change to 3.46s now the car is to be registered again. the 3.7s are a little to high for…[Read more]
