Diff gears will mainly effect torque.

In my aerospace days, I have seen quite a bit of research on various lock washers, tbh in the end Loctite is the go, or even wiring them in a race car application.

My induction won’t support 8,500 rpm. 7,000, maybe 7,500 is more like it. But time will tell…
Yep the pedestals on the heads where the existing rockers mount get machined flat to take the adapter plate, then I think it’s working out pushrod length and buying them. Then I think assembly and dyno time.
