I booked my car in for a tune tomorrow and I’m felling a little nervous. Im going to check over everything to make sure shes good to go.

Finally finished the car last night and it started first go. Now time too book in the tune.

I finally got my pushrods yesterday so now I can fit the rockers today.

I have completed the trunnion upgrade. The heads are back on the car and the inlet manifold is on. I bought a new harmonic balancer on the weekend and installed it. Ill finish off some more tonight.

The cheap valve spring tool i bought worked really well.

its the best feeling getting the parts we have had our eyes on for  while.

Yeah i know, There is tape on them just not in the photo. I was going to put the manifold back on. I ran out of time so i put new tape on.

they are a nice looking wheel!

My Trunnion kit was delivered today so now i can start to finish off the heads.

I saw a video of using the vice to press them in.

Yeah im not keen to cut my rail. I would rather do the high mount kit. Seems to be a few different sanden style compressors.

I was looking at this kit the other day. I need to invest in getting my ac up and running.

its actually not too bad apart from the alternator bracket. Going to be fun getting the old graphite head gaskets off. I think im going to use the gasket remover spray. I have the lifters soaking in oil. I have done the valve springs in one head, i will do the other tonight. I still have to drop the sump to do the oil pump then i can do the timing chain.
