Hello all, just a heads up on a change that is coming with regards to advertising.  Many of you will know that when we started the forum, the advertising was offered up to anyone for free.  The costs of setting up and maintaining the forum were covered by the donations many of you made when you signed up (thanks again btw!!).

Measuring car noise levels isn’t hard, but it depends a lot on year, number of cylinders etc, so you need to make sure exactly what limit applies to you and how its measured.

Very minor update to add an underline under a hyyperlink to a web page.  Just makes it a bit easier to see its a link.
