SSen, give these a go next time you do a pad change,  Queensland Friction Materials A1rm range. Street/light track pad. Rated to a much higher temp. Locally made (Nerang Qld), and when I got mine (Global Auto Spares),cheaper than the pad you have shown. They perform well.

I have done the VT upgrade on my VR including master cylinder. DBA cross drilled/slotted rotors on the front and new standard solid rotors on the back. QA1RM pads all round.  More than happy with the performance now compared to the very under performing stock setup. It has done a few 15minute Lakeside Happy Laps club sessions with no fade problems.
