Always seems to be out by 2 degrees.
I always carry spares to the track, I have Porsche 930 cv’s now which are holding up well, stubs are twisting though lol.Give us a heads up next time you are deciding to go to Sydney dragway, I’m due to run again.

Posts: 48A customer cancelled a tune on the weekend so took the opportunity
to put my car on the dyno just to fine tune the wot.
Ended up with 293 rwkw at 6700. (mainline 4wd dyno)
It prob had a lil more in it as the cam rpm range is to 7200 but didn’t feel the need
to push it.
Not bad considering it has a 4500 stall and turbo 400.
Car feels very strong and sounds it.
Dyno video is on the commodore plus facebook page.
November 22, 2015 at 10:44 am #11533Good result. Would have thought it would RPM 7500 with that cam.

Posts: 48I’m sure it will go 7200+ but don’t know if I want to push it that hard.
Iv’e hit 7000 rpm really easy a few times.
The new tce converter locks up better and rpm is lower going through the traps.
With the 219/235 it did 6700 crossing the line. mph is better.
The old slippery converter and 231/247 cam it did 7000 n/a and 7200 on nitrous.
Might up the limit to 7200 and shift at 7000rpm see what it likes.
Looking forward to giving it a run.

My mate has a 402ci 13:1cr on e85 with t400 and 5000 stall and tells me he has trouble getting it to hook.

Posts: 48I hear that a lot. I’m having issues atm my reworked converter is stalling too low about 3500
so going to have that fixed.
Was meant to be 4500 but no where near it.
Suspension is fe2 all round, 90/10s up front koni yellows rear
275/50/15 drag radials.
I had a lot of issues try too hook up especially on nitrous the
shocks and 275s helped a lot.
April 19, 2016 at 8:50 pm #16196Get mark to sort your converter 👍

It ran a 10.4 131mph so some fine tuning and getting the converter sorted
should see it go a bit quicker.

Best to date 10.3 and 132 mph.
Also it made 323rwkw N/A at 7000 rpm 2 weeks ago on the workshop dyno.
N/a best has been 11.3 121 mph.

Posts: 4810.3 is 150hp shot of giggle gas. Love to run a 10 n/a but I don’t think it will
happen without some serious mods.
Weight is 1760kg with driver and bit over half a tank of fuel.
Still has a working ac,leather front seats and driven to and from the track.
Setup/info is on the 1st page.
The only change lately is ASE billet fuel rails and -6 feed line to the fuel solenoid.

Posts: 5 777Sorry mate, hope that didn’t come across wrong, its just an awesome number. So I would have no idea how much of a 150hp shot makes it back to the wheels? Very impressive, especially given how streetable it is. I don’t know a whole lot about drag racing, so really also have no idea what mph that would/could be.
