Posts: 5 777Yep my latest (and far away best) tuner was same, spent a day (truly) just on idle. You know your car mate, was just throwing ideas out there
YouTube clips should be as easy as cutting and pasting the url. I did one 30 mins ago and it worked, not sure why your having an issue?
April 14, 2015 at 1:25 pm #4763Yes exactly and it shows so so so bad on my car right now
Cold I need a tad of throttle and it will sometimes throw a quick back fire then it wants to stall till it’s hot
Then when it’s hot it idles fine but is foot flat when starting or it will not start for the life of it
Myn hasn’t even spent 3 hours on tuning in total
With this blower it’s done maybe 1 hour 20 mins total and has pumped 426rwkw with in 4 power runs, first time it made it to over 6000rpm it made 370rwkw and jumped 15,20 kW each time and was still blowing lots of black smoke and then had pump problems so stoped
Not sure if my tuner here that does kalmaker will touch it with LS ecu, he might get it to run so can drive it on trailer then either goin to townsville TMS or of to brisvagas

April 19, 2015 at 1:56 pm #5057I recently had a go at fixing all the wiring under my dash and fitting every thing into the glove box
It started out great then it just got to crowded and hectic so it was a epic fail
Iv bit the bullet
Iv removed the heater box and fan and fitted this mounting board and starting on my process of fitting every thing to this
I’ll unwrap, label and tuck up all plugs that are not used once I get every thing screwed up and mounted and start making this tangled mess a nice lot of wiring perfection
Once I can see what room I have I’ll probley move my relays from boot up here as well

Posts: 5 777Man you sure don’t mind getting stuck in, keen to see how it all turns out.
April 19, 2015 at 4:19 pm #5063Lol.
I get pissed off wiring speakers. Let alone that hahahah
April 19, 2015 at 5:27 pm #5067I started this couple weeks ago, this is 11 years of me molestering the under dash of my car
At first I though I could fit it all into the glove box and it started of great, it really did, but at about 70% completion it just started getting out of hand and this is like 90% and I just thought nope this is shit and just as bad
So out come the heater box and fan
Have few thing a screwed up, water meth harness is perfect length so it only needs power through a relay triggered from excesories
Will post pics once completed
April 26, 2015 at 2:09 pm #5633Progress pic
still a lot to go but I’m getting there, mount map sensor, + and – blocks and get a vac line in there should see me a fer bit closer and then when ecu turns up I’ll fit that in original spot and fit the igniter and finishing MSD ingition wires that can bee seen dangling there and then move foward
i have thermo fans controled off ecu witch goes to a relay that when power comes out of that I have a over ride switch spliced into it then to the 2 thermo fan relays, that way over ride does not send back charge to ecu
this will clean all but 3 relays for fuel pumps out of the boot area, fuel pump control out of ecu will by pass the factory relay and go straight to boot as I have my own 25+ amp wiring to all individual pumps 1 in main tank and 2 in serge tank
my switches for thermo over ride, turning lights on gauges as they are quite bright at night and so stones prefer them off when cruising, engine kill switch will all be removed from the centre consol where I have them, that will get fibre glassed/bogged and repainted and fan/AC control section will be removed and the switches relocated to there

April 26, 2015 at 4:25 pm #5636where does the green wire go and I don’t remember these blue wire ever been anywhere lol
April 28, 2015 at 10:09 am #5781So with my wiring about 80% complete now im looking at one other thing before tuning this when the ls ecu and harness turns up soon
Im looking at getting a DIY extractor kit from difilipno
My thoughts 1 7/8 for first bend then into 2 inch primarys and 4 into 1s with a 3.5 inch collector then through 3.5 inch cats and down to 3 inch to my existing twin 3 inch system
Carnt fit 2 inch on flange on holden heads
Whats are proples thoughs on this size and 4 into 1 or try Y ??
I want this to support the 800 hp this will have right now and 1000hp some day soon and maybe more in the future if i go to a torque power block one day
