Posts: 5 777Yep, I use photobucket. Actually I have found it pretty easy to open up an old post, just copy and paste. Only thing it doesn’t seem to pick up on is stuff like bold, underlining. or emoticons but we are working on that.

Posts: 5 777Btw I can’t see any knotching of the sub frame, did you relive the sump itself so it doesn’t hit on the back corners?

Message me if you want your TACHO calibrated to suit LSx signal.
March 3, 2015 at 9:46 pm #1760That paint looks amazing, love cherry black!
March 4, 2015 at 5:29 am #1854Thanks alot fellas. Hopefully not long untill i can take it for it’s first drive. Nah Gary i didnt notch the subframe an i have around 10mm gap on both sides, hopefully the motor doesn’t move to much.
March 4, 2015 at 5:33 am #1855VPGTS76 ill have to do something about it. The guy who is doing my loom said they change the signal output from 4 cyl to 8 cyl or something along those lines in the computer to give a accurate reading on the cluster, dont know if it’s true or works properly ?

That is one way to do it however that way seems to cause issue and not be accurate.
IMHO I believe that is why from factory they went down the 4 Cylinder cluster option.
I have calibrated Gary’s 454 LSx and other LSx and they all have been faultless.
March 4, 2015 at 8:06 am #1862Ok no worries mate, when the time comes ill get in contact with you an organise to get it calibrated.

Posts: 5 777Lmfao, how good is that, I can hear you thinking, I will feather the throttle, hit starter, tries to start, almost, nope, feather again, almost, nope, ahh fuck it, foot flat to the floor, wide open throttle, hit the key, fires up !!! Congrats man, awesome
March 29, 2015 at 7:22 pm #3558Haha yerr I fired it up about a minute before an started straight away an I shut it off, just wanted to make sure the was no oil pressure issue or anything.. then I recorded this. It has no oxygen sensors connected ( need to get extensions ), set fuel pressure an the maff sensor wasnt connected. So I think all that contributed to it not starting properly. Was rich as, as you can see
