Posts: 5 777Hey Cav, is it possible to put that top on the blower 180 degrees so the two hoses come out the back not the front? Is it symmetrical?

if your talking about the blower lid then no can not be turned 180 would be great if you could
October 31, 2019 at 8:24 pm #30409Only the ctsv lid has the lines on the back.

Posts: 5 777Yea, I meant the “top” on the blower. I just thought it would look better if you didn’t have those two hose coming out the front. Has it been tried, just doesn’t fit?
November 1, 2019 at 3:16 pm #30414Nah completely different.

Posts: 5 777Got it, I wonder how long before some of the aftermarket companies start to design up nice low profile alternatives.

Too much work as it also effects the intercooler inside the lid.

Posts: 5 777Wow, cheers for that, tbh I had no idea what sort of jiggerey pokery was in there…
November 10, 2019 at 9:08 pm #30471NEARLY finished all my fluid lines. Thank fuck.
November 23, 2019 at 7:12 pm #30581Steam Port Connection into cooling system.
Billet Clamps clean it up.
Billet valve covers finally go on. They will have -10 lines for the catch can
All my lines under driver side guard. Just a few lol also mounted my charcoal canister up there
12volt super cowl installed and a new rubber from Rare Spares. Seems decent.
More of less how the bay will be finished+ some wiring. Intake is made. I need to do a box to cover it in to keep engineer happy.
I’ve got a 5inch turbo bellmouth coming for when I race. Also got my billet trans tube fitted also. It’s tucked up the back behind the strut brace next to the fuel regulator.

Posts: 5 777Looking sweet dude, so is the plan to block off the rocker cover breathers for street use, then use the catch can for racing?

Ill sort something for engineering then change it once that’s sorted. I’ve got a Mighty Mouse Catch Can which ill most likely go with. All the yanks rave about it.
