    Ian.

So you recommend a vz booster over the VT? If so I’ll starting looking for one. Remember I don’t have abs too.

    What reservior lid is that?

Yep VZ Master and Booster Cav.

ABS doesn’t make any difference, for your rear Drums you’ll need to run an RPV (residual pressure valve) pretty sure you can buy an inline one as you won’t get a VZ Master with one.

I just made the stop bracket to suit it’s not a big job.

They hold a couple of PSI of pressure in the wheel cylinders to keep the shoes out close to the drum so you don’t get a long pedal.

Interesting mate. Never knew about these. One on each drum I assume.

Normally they’re in the Master cylinder ports where the lines screw in so yeah you’ll need 2 of them, this is “the” difference between a Disc/Disc brake Master and a Disc/Drum brake Master!

~ One on each drum I assume.

If you have both rear drums fed from a single master cylinder port then you only need one RLPV in that line (somewhere before the T-piece on the diff).

If you have split circuits for each individual wheel then yes, you will need one in each line to the rear drums.

Good to know Andrew. I’ll only need one then. In that add they say 10psi needed for drums. I’ll do some more solid investigating and work it all out.

You must be looking to fit some big ass rims, doing tubs?

If you are going to all this trouble why not fit something like the tubular 4 link coil over setup from McDonald Bro’s ?
