December 31, 2015 at 6:50 pm #12897Back at you and the family Gary!
Just had a thought, how big is the fitting you’re talking about?
The VZ has 2 fittings on the neck one for the recovery system and it has an 8mm ish barb on it the other for the Air Bleed and it’s around 6mm from memory, both factory hoses are formed and have a big end, not sure what PWR put on the VR/S Rads..

January 1, 2016 at 8:26 am #12902Yeah that’s all I was gunna use. Not doing braid. Just black rubber hose
January 1, 2016 at 8:32 am #12903I’m guessing there’s a factory hose with ends that look like the GM Fuel fittings, might be worth looking to see if you can buy one, probably has the T built into it for a single hose back to the radiator.
<edit> Here ya go>>
January 1, 2016 at 11:21 am #12904Yeah that’s the one. That looks like a nifty site.
I I might just go individual and get 2 ports tapped into radiator it not I’ll do this and tee it.

January 1, 2016 at 12:56 pm #12906If its any help mines run back to the water pump highest point no issues to date
January 1, 2016 at 1:34 pm #12908Needs to be above head height if possible to keep any pockets of steam from forming, most times it’ll just add temperature but in extreme cases it’ll promote erosion of the water passages in the head…
January 1, 2016 at 2:14 pm #12909The radiator is lower the heads tho?
January 1, 2016 at 2:20 pm #12910Not where the Steam pipes feed from it isn’t..
