Posts: 5 777Personal preference, I don’t like them, more places to leak, and it means the lines stick out further. Grommets can look neat, its more about spending time on the lines themselves imo. Excuse my filthy bay btw.

So whats your plan re K member clearance, I know you have said you are just going to wing it, but seems a bit dumb given all the planning you have done on everything else. Get the sump corners trimmed back and plates tig welded in. Seriously its nothing compared to everything else your doing?
