    Personal preference, I don’t like them, more places to leak, and it means the lines stick out further.  Grommets can look neat, its more about spending time on the lines themselves imo.  Excuse my filthy bay btw.

    Got a spare hour or two. So I had a fiddle getting it ready to drop in.

    Progress so far

    ASR Windage Tray + Improved Racing Baffle all installed

    Ls1 sump on

    This is why the LSA is boss the tech compared to the ls1 is way ahead of time. Bit like comparing 304 to ls1

    Factory Headers. Make for good turbo logs 😉

    Last but not least. 3 of my knuckles.

    Whats a build without a little bit of skinned knuckle action :-)

    So whats your plan re K member clearance, I know you have said you are just going to wing it, but seems a bit dumb given all the planning you have done on everything else.  Get the sump corners trimmed back and plates tig welded in.  Seriously its nothing compared to everything else your doing?

    I’m gunna just drop it in and have a suss first. Plan was to do it all today. Was ready to roll and then worked out. I don’t have any engine mount bolts. FML!!?
