I got a 30mm adj front and 22mm rear on mine.

Posts: 5 777What have you fitted? Aren’t the adjustable for ride height?
August 20, 2016 at 4:55 pm #19167They’re s13 coil overs. adjusted to near full height.
Everything i read about doing the conversion never mentioned that it had to be low or nothing.
Destroyed my guards today. I’m thinking strut top spacers to get some clearance?
Fitted all this.

August 20, 2016 at 6:06 pm #19171Sits tough . But realistic ????
August 20, 2016 at 6:48 pm #19174Why don’t you just buy the correct coil overs….
August 20, 2016 at 7:31 pm #19175Because i was told to run s13 coil overs. And couldn’t find anywhere that said it would be an issue.
So that’s what i bought. I guess you learn from your mistakes.
August 20, 2016 at 9:08 pm #19176They look half the size of the standard setup.
August 20, 2016 at 9:47 pm #19177I’m kicking myself for believing what i read on the internet. massive waste of money. looks cool though. doesn’t drive without scrubbing.
August 20, 2016 at 10:39 pm #19178Nice car man but
August 20, 2016 at 10:40 pm #19179You couldn’t find anywhere to say it’s a issue because no one has been silly enough to even think they would fit
August 21, 2016 at 9:00 pm #19186I’ve seen multiple threads etc to suggest they fit. It may be that mine aren’t as long as other brands.
Ill sort something out. may go with vt coil overs. and adjustable top mounts.
What does everyone suggest? Thanks

Posts: 5 777Hate to say this, but I reckon your best bet may be to sell those whilst they are still in good nick, and buy a new pair of ones to suit it. I have XYZ in mine, pretty good for the price, Pedders I know are OK too, there are quite a few options really. I just think if you machine up strut top spacers it could cause you other issues. So maybe treat it as one of those learning experiences and move on? Btw does look tough that low!!
August 22, 2016 at 10:54 am #19201I know k shock do a set, xyz, pedders, and tein all same just different adjustments pretty sure and there are probley more out there.
August 22, 2016 at 9:05 pm #19224August 23, 2016 at 12:31 pm #19231Hahaha sh!t that thing’s slammed.
August 23, 2016 at 8:18 pm #19244That looks normal for nolathane…they even disintegrate on cars that don’t get driven.
What happens when find a street with speed-bumps or worse…..get stuck at maccas bro’
August 23, 2016 at 8:33 pm #19247yeah I have to say it, that looks like normal nolathane to me, that thing is slammed, I will admit it looks tough but I’d hate to have to drive it too much like that, couldn’t be much fun
August 29, 2016 at 8:39 pm #19318Currently dont have my laptop. So no pics.
Suspension upgrade was a success. Handles a whole lot better now. Still some bits to work on though.
Drove to the 2nd driftkhana event. Thrashed around for 6 hours. Developed what i believe to be lifter tick. Comes an goes. Destroyed 6 pairs of average tyres. Popped at least 3 tyres. Then drove home.
Will add some pics soon.
August 30, 2016 at 8:34 am #19321So the s13’s worked well?
