Posts: 15I have a VE Hsv Senator e1. Ive done alot of work to it and the build specs are as follows

made the exhaust tips myself 95mm mild steel and got them plated
nothing special and dont want u to see in regards the plod in engine bay , so made cover out of perforated alloy sheet

Posts: 15Im the same, when the VE came out i thought they looked awesome, still like the VT VX look tho.
It still look standard except for the big exhaust tips and rear diffuser fins, bonnet vents bit of a give away tho..
If i get the 900fwhp it would be neck n neck in a drag between us

That would be fun, at some stage I want to put mine on the weighbridge and see what it comes out at, the cast iron block, 12 bolt etc will all add some weight. If you can trust those ET calculators supposedly if I hooked it up it would be nudging the high 9’s, but all I ever wanted from mine was to run a 10 in a car that I built and I would be happy.

Posts: 5 777It’s not so cut and dried, a mate if mine recently did a 9.9 is a turbo statesman at AIR and wasn’t booted.
