October 30, 2017 at 7:00 pm #25017Wasn’t too flash earlier in the day, I did a few small tweaks and it responded perfectly so it’s close!

October 31, 2017 at 9:08 pm #25023Thanks Wraith, I race against these guys on the dirt but the Lexcen has had a lot of teething problems, as it was I had no TRAC or ABS due to a mechanical issue and no shift lights so NFI how hard it was revving, It all came down to the last Lap and as he was 7 cars ahead of me I had no clue how he’d done so had to make it count!
Fastest on both tracks fastest in class and overall doesn’t get much better!

Posts: 5 777First chance I have had to watch with audio, sounds fantastic. Its it a little understeery IJ or is that how the AWD works/looks? Your throttle work was awesome btw, apex, power on, break, roll repeat

November 1, 2017 at 5:04 pm #25032Yep understeer is a downside to AWD, it got pretty bad towards the end of the day so I fiddled a bit with the front shocks and tyre pressures and dialled some out, made quite a difference and gave me the win!
I’m guessing there was probably a second left on the table in that run as I only clipped one ripple strip the whole lap.
Back in Autocross spec for a 2 day event in Swan Hill this weekend.

November 5, 2017 at 7:17 pm #25054Race Day Wrap up!
Early start got me to Swan Hill nice and early (lying GPS I could have spelt in)
The aim of the trip was to see if I’d managed to squash the Bugs from Haunted Hills and to see if our last Autocross was my fault in the setup of the car or if it was something I missed..
Happy to report the bugs are squashed and it was a setup error that had me driving like a Nuffy in September!
Managed a 1st class and 1st overall on Saturday then had a fiddle on Sunday and got the car more stable, looks like I got a 3rd class and a 3rd overall after Glen Williams tuned a couple of amazing Laps early in the day!
All in all a great success roll on the 19th!
