Don’t know of anyone doing VR/S Carbon and imagine it’ll be more exe again..

I know Carlo Lunetta here in Adelaide who owns/runs CLC Composites, my lad used to race karts against his son.  He is an ex Ferrari F1 carbon fiber guy.  I reckon he may have molds not sure, might be worth at least a call.  The other thing is the windows isn’t it, people swap out the glass to lexan dont they?  All depends how far you want to go I guess, and how much $$

All wired up, I ran some firesleeve on the Battery cables as the insulation had melted enough to stick them together, should be a non issue now!

I’ll put em back in now, they’re just out for a regrease, figured while it’s apart I’d repack all 10 CV joints

Hasn’t done much in the way of KM’s but it’s been in some seriously harsh conditions over the past 18 months.

<span style=”color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;”>Been putting this job off long enough… Had to buy the BIG tub of grease and lucky I did, still have 2 CV’s left to do and it’s half empty, After inspection I could have left them alone but I didn’t have any idea on a service interval under these conditions now I know! One thing that justified doing them was the front right had broken the clip that holds the axle in the joint, this could have been bad at some stage so it’s fixed now! </span></span>

Nothing wrong with some preventative maintenance mate.  You didn’t know they didn’t need it until you pulled them apart.  Few bucks in grease and a little time well spent.

I agree Gary, now I have a rough idea I’ll hit em again in 4 years or so  B-)

Did the CV in the Tailshaft then worked out how to get the old Transfer case CV off the front shaft, once that was done fitted up the axles and that’s me done till parts arrive…
