Haven’t seen it yet? You a subscriber?
August 26, 2015 at 4:04 pm #8757So had a look at the article (I think the magazine actually comes out tomorrow). Photos are great. Article is absolute rubbish. Probably worst article I’ve ever read in Street Commodores which is absolutely devastating but what can I do. All they did was take the tech sheet and regurgitate what I wrote on that. Didn’t say anything really about the car at all. Nothing about the paint, nothing about the interior, engine, twin throttles etc etc.
Total article was about a 1/4 of a page of writing. There was errors in it and even stated that the car was a result of what I’d learnt being an engineer. (I’m a Civil Engineer WTF).
The writer didn’t even contact me to ask any questions or get more information. How you write a story about a car you’ve never laid eyes on and based off a piddly tech sheet and looking at some photos I’ll never know.

Posts: 5 777Mate if its any consolation the pics of my car in the SC article were terrible but the article was really well written (by Blake btw). SC has gone to the shithouse, basically there’s no one there anymore who gives a shit. Maybe we need a CP magazine lol.

agreed, and i think you get soo much more of the feel for what the builder is doing and why. but when you have put effort into a car like this if they do a feature at least do it justice!
August 27, 2015 at 10:47 am #8771Its that bad that I’m actually embarrassed to show it to friends and family. That’s what hurts the most.
