"Report" button for spam users

Minor update. I have added a ‘report’ button for users following a couple of ‘spambots’ creeping through the rego process. If you see any obvious spam posting, please report the post & also the user by clicking on their name and then the ‘REPORT’ button.

A moderator can then check the user and if they are a spammer, delete it so we can all carry on without having to worry about that crap!
