When I had my manifolds built I was advised to go with a GTX42 with 1.01 rear. I knew bugger all about turbos back then and now believe this is too small. The car is a vh with ls1, turbo cam and a little head work. Will be mainly a street car. What rear do other people have and how does it perform. My other options are 1.15, 1.28 and 1.44

Being a street car, I’d just run it mate. See how it performs. I can’t foresee it being worth changing for street duties. I have a gtx4294 with 1.01 rear for my Holden 355. Haven’t run it yet though. Guys are making decent power with smaller single turbo setups so you should be fine with that a/r on the 83mm rear wheel.

If you do find the need to change. Go the 1.28 a/r.
