Posts: 5 777I modeled them up from scratch in 3D, then he got them 3D printed, little bit of hand finishing, lick of paint and presto. So I pretty much have the bulk of the work done, ie the main body of it, making a different design centre wouldn’t be too difficult. Especially if you know what you want.
There was a lot of back and forth, but it started like this
And that photo above of his wheel is the finished article
Sorry about the thread diversion Cappsy!!

Posts: 5 777I am just really enjoying watching the attention to detail you are putting in. That relay holder just looks so well thought out, very keen to see some more pics of it all mounted up

His Piston work is a thing of beauty!
Almost a shame to put them in an engine once he’s done with them, I think you made the right decision NOT putting the Cats through the polisher!
May 23, 2015 at 10:50 am #7158i really wanted to but at risk of damaging the cat i think this is best
May 23, 2015 at 11:01 am #7159Probably get away with it if you capped off both ends, the water isn’t going to hurt it, I’d have been worried about some of the finer balls getting stuck in the cells is all.
May 23, 2015 at 6:12 pm #7162Andrew didn’t headers also. Does awsome work. I live 2mins from there.
