Posts: 775Hi all, some back ground I have been a qualified builder for the last 20 odd years built my first house I’m currently in took awhile to get here , now in a position to start a new build for myself containing a very large workshop property is 2100sqm not too small not too big others may have a different opinion
Have been working on the plans for about a year with probably 30 different versions time frame was not an issue to sort plans was not going to start building for three years, now three years is about up
So just to start the build thread of, The plans , still need specifications and to get council consent
Going to time lapse the build, should be good

Posts: 5 777Fantastic, really look forward to following along. Pity you aren’t here in S.A. if you had a 3D model of it I could have set up a virtual reality tour for you.

Have taken address out of photo (plans) cheers
April 14, 2020 at 6:03 pm #31900Nice work on the plan, looks like your sorting out the possible drainage issues, well done, I like the drive thru between house and workshop, possibly putting a clear roof on it later will give extra dry car space.

Posts: 775Thanks Vin,,the workshop and house are connected by the roof only
April 16, 2020 at 3:54 pm #31931I meant the front open section with no roof, putting a clear plastic carport roof addition later, anyways house is something to look forward to in this crazy times, helps with the sanity apart from the vh/ls of course.
