Broken and dislocated shoulder/arm 6 years ago. Mine never came right after the original surgery so this is the 2nd attempt. This time the plan was to remove the metal ware that was put in 6 years ago and remove some inflamed tissue but when I woke up things were worse than expected, there was a whole lot of scare tissue around the old break which was removed including the tendon (as I understand it). This is the bicep (bi obviously meaning two)
They cut the Long head tendon where all the scar tissue was binding up the joint. Right now I’m struggling to lift the arm around shoulder height and above which is what the long head part of the bicep kinda does.

Most complex way of doing things I’ve ever seen, hence the 5 year build, filming would add a lot of extra time to the process but I think it’s more the over engineering of every last detail.. I’m not really sure about the end goal or concept at this stage in their build..

One of the few injuries I’ve managed to avoid (Torn Tendons) in my big accident I broke my right shoulder out through the joint and across the scapula, as I wasn’t really expected to survive it was low on their list of things to fix so is still a bit Mong today, perhaps this is why I’ve never torn a tendon as I’m aware of it’s inherent weakness now..
The Thumb is on the mend after adding a pressure relief hole to the nail..

Went down to measure up the bolts for the LCA’s, while I was down there I had a play with the Drivers seat position now it has floors and a firewall, don’t have to move the seat as far back as expected, being an Auto there’s easily enough room for my feet!
