As the title suggests, is there any difference between a VN V6 and V8 T700 Auto???

The cost for a 2nd Hand unit is considerable between the two espesh when its going to get a rebuild anyway!

It’s planned for a LS Conversion in a 1950 Pontiac Coupe.

Bellhousing (which is integral to the casing), input shaft and drum…

Use to be able to buy adaptors to get the V6 t700 converted to turbo pattern and then you get get a stall converter built to suit I guess… alot of work for not alot of gain possibly?

    Cheers for the info!

My mate sourced a V8 T700 for cheap so all is good!

    Thanks again for your input!
